Today we begin Week Three of the CAP program.
The constant feedback we are getting from all of you has made this transition well worth the effort! Especially after some very limited tummy grumbling on day one. But such is life and we are very pleased that our Box has stayed true to it’s CrossFit roots.
Remember, anyone can follow the crowd but the view is much better in front of the pack.
