CrossFit Group Classes

Challenging training in a large group setting.

Unlimited Classes per Week, $125.00/month
3 Classes per Week, $95.00/month

20% off for Active duty Military, Law Enforcement, Fire Fighter.

We recommend that those interested in CrossFit participate in our “On-Ramp” consisting of three One on One sessions.  The cost for the On-Ramp is $65.00. During these sessions we will instruct and evaluate all movements necessary to perform the CrossFit regimen. Once the initial three sessions are complete you can decide if you’d like to join for the monthly classes or continue on with One on One training at the normal rate.

CrossFit One-on-One Coaching

One-on-One attention from a Coach focusing exclusively on your fitness goals. Personal training sessions will be approximately one hour in length and will include a warm up, workout and a cool down.

Single Sessions, $60.00/session
Eight Sessions, $45.00/session
