1. Saturday at 9:00 AM is an Open WOD. Anyone can just drop in to try it out. The WOD (Workout of the Day) will always be user friendly for first timers/beginners. Please print, fill out and bring this waiver with you.
The 9:00 AM WOD is THE ONLY time of the week available to first timers. It’s very difficult to integrate a newbie into our regularly scheduled WODs. That time is for our Athletes. For a newbie to try to keep up with the movements, etc. a Coach will be taken away from our Athletes. This is neither fair nor practical. We appreciate your enthusiasm. If you want to join us set up and On Ramp and we’ll be glad to get you started.
2. Once you’re ready to get started we’ll set you up with a coach for a one-on-one ON RAMP. If you haven’t filled out your waiver, please print, fill out and bring with you.
3. If you’re coming to visit or join from another Box or have a solid background in CrossFit (our discretion) you can bypass the ON RAMP and get started. Click here for class times. Please bring this completed waiver with you.
